	What is the Cost? There is no registration fee to attend Destination Britain North America. To assist with travel expenses we are offering a travel subsidy for approved qualified buyers. Up to two nights hotel accommodation (room and tax only) at the relevant Destination Britain hotel will also be hosted for those approved buyers traveling from outside the tri-state area in NYC and for buyers traveling from Canada. The travel credit is issued as follows – Buyers traveling from Western Region - US$350.00 MidWest Region - US$200.00 Eastern Region - US$150.00 Western Canada - CAN$350.00 Eastern Canada - CAN$300.00 * Travel credit or hosted accommodation is not automatic and buyers must be qualified to receive the approved travel credit. Buyers must provide a copy of travel documents including e-ticket or train ticket accompanied by an invoice on company stationery to receive the credit. Credit payment checks will be sent to buyers on completion of the program. All travel requests including accommodation will be reviewed by the VisitBritain Travel Trade team. Travel credit is subject to attending all scheduled meetings and all elements of the hosted program. All accommodation reservations must be booked through the Destination Britain North America Meeting Planner – Anna Case.
	What is Included? Attendance for one delegate Welcome morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on Destination Britain North America event days VIP reception with Britain Suppliers on Monday 26 September (USA buyers in attendance only. CAN buyers arrive Tuesday 27 September) Networking dinner - Tuesday night with all North American Buyers, British Suppliers and Media Two full days of one-on-one appointments for USA buyers (Tuesday & Wednesday) One full day of one-on-one appointments for Canadian buyers (Wednesday) Supplier profile manual Travel credit for approved buyers Two nights accommodation for approved USA buyers traveling from outside the tri-state area (undertaking 2 full days of appointments) One night accommodation for approved buyers traveling from Canada *(depending on flight schedule) (undertaking 1 full day of appointments) Breakfast daily for hosted buyers only Does not include: Domestic travel within North America, although a travel subsidy may be applicable Hotel accommodation outside the hosted nights Transfers to and from Destination Britain North America hotel Parking at hotel Personal expenses & incidentals Shipment of brochures and presentation material back to the office Travel insurance
	How do I Register? Space is limited so please register now. The deadline for registrations is Friday 26th August. Canadian Buyers attending the Program from Tuesday afternoon are required to join the group at the networking dinner on Tuesday evening. Your participation will include one full day of one-on-one appointments on the Wednesday 28 September. A member of the VisitBritain Travel Trade team will review your application and the Destination Britain North America Meeting Planner, Anna Case will contact you directly to confirm your registration and advise travel credit fees if applicable. 	Private Social Functions Policy We request that Buyers do not participate in private social functions during any official Destination Britain activity or element of the program. There are available time slots for a British supplier to host you outside of the official program. It is a condition that any 'hosted buyer' completes each element of the program and attends all organized functions to qualify for their travel rebate. Please refer to the schedule for timings. In accordance with North American business practice, your cooperation with this policy is appreciated and expected.
